Founder, Head Hacker and Hustler (thinker, problem solver and entrepreneur). Andy is relentless when it comes to solving problems especially when others say "it can't be done". Starting life as a chef working across oceans, he soon became more interested in recipes for what makes businesses work rather than in the kitchen. With a mind that doesn't sleep, a penchant for understanding how things work and a natural curiosity for human behaviour, it's no wonder he has been a serial entrepreneur for 15 years, across multiple industries including creating software solutions for the past 10 years. Don't let his quiet exterior fool you. He has an alter ego called Frank and spends his spare time either with a racket in hand or hitting the single tracks.
Tania Beach
Hacker and Master Juggler, (solution-driven project manager). Her inquisitive and analytical mind means she asks a lot of questions! But that's how Tania ensures you are getting the right solution to get results that boost productivity, reduce inefficiencies and to identify opportunities for growth. She thrives on acquiring knowledge and experimenting with ideas to keep up with the ever-changing world of digital platforms, communication and processes. Tania is a business generalist and has experience in the manufacturing and export industry, retail and media with a wide knowledge across multiple-disciplines including strategy, accounting, digital systems and communications.
